Serving our community Posted in Community Outreach | October, 2021 print friendly version

October 20, 2021-On the third Wednesday of each month, Terry Muir from Salem Co-operative Bank and volunteers from The Greater Salem Rotary Club cook, package, and serve free hot meals to the community and members of Pleasant Street Church.  Terry says that they distribute up to 70 meals each month.  Eligible recipients, who qualify through the New Hampshire Food Bank, receive non-perishable items from the church food pantry and then head over to the church function hall for a hot meal.

Terry has been a member of The Greater Salem Rotary Club for three years.  Thank you for giving back to those in need.  Your time and commitment is much appreciated.
