Salem Co-operative Bank, donated over $100,000 thus far to various non-profit organizations during the current COVID-19 crisis.

During unprecedented times like these, helping our neighbors becomes even more important. So many families are struggling due to the crisis and as a community it is essential that we support one another. Local non-profit organizations have been overwhelmed with requests for assistance and count on donations to fill those needs.

Salem Co-op’s generosity to the following non-profits will help to fill the needs of families in our community: Pleasant St. Food Bank, Salem, NH, New Hampshire Food Bank, Manchester, NH, Sheperd’s Food Pantry, Windham, NH, Lazarus House, Lawrence, MA, St. Basil’s Salvatorian Center, Methuen, MA, Foster Kids of Merrimack Valley, Methuen, MA, Methuen Cares, Methuen, MA, Bread and Roses, Lawrence, MA, and Salem School district-Student Needs Program, Salem, NH. The Bank has also contributed $50,000 to New Hampshire’s Non-Profit Response Fund through the Community Development Finance Authority to assist in the support of various non-profits throughout the state.
