* The Bank matches 50% of the employee’s contribution up to 6%. The Bank contributes 3% Safe Harbor contribution whether or not an employee chooses to participate in the Bank’s 401(k) plan and will make an additional contribution on the employee’s behalf after their one year anniversary of employment.
