For example, look into our latest addition, the CDARS program. CDARS allows you to maximize your FDIC insurance. There is no need for multiple registrations. All accounts are consolidated into one IRS Form 1099 interest statement – and the rates are attractive. We are also very proud of the many mortgage loan programs available to you, such as our Best Rate in Process program. This means that if the interest rate drops during the time when you apply and the final closing of your loan, you automatically get the lower rate! Some of our mortgage customers cannot believe that their rate was actually lower when they closed their loan.
